Select this specially shaped elevated seat for persons recovering from hip replacement or injury. The saddle shape keeps legs from squeezing together or spreading too far apart while also preventing hips from rotating or moving inward.
The seat adds 4" of height so rising and sitting may be easier. The unique saddle shape may be helpful for persons with compromised muscle tone who may have difficulty sitting on a standard style toilet seat. Users who need an extended leg position may also find this seat more comfortable.
Select a set for either a standard or elongated toilet, (standard bowl is about 11" inside front to back, elongated is about 13" inside front to back) The seat fits easily and securely to your toilet using its special bracket that slips under the hinge of the existing toilet seat and lid. Elongated seats require that the existing hinge be slightly loosened to fit the bracket, may need a screwdriver.
